This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst

The Senior Pricing Analyst will be responsible for working across multiple departments to support Deals Desk and pricing initiatives through developing analysis, insights, and reporting.

Pricing Analysis. The analyst will utilize statistical methods and tools to maintain the Target Price algorithm and support analysis to identify opportunities to improve performance through pricing actions. The analyst will support the regular cadence of analysis, insights, and reporting to drive actions with Sales to improve average revenue per user (ARPU); and support decisions through the Pricing Council.
Reporting and Dashboards. This role requires strong analytical skills, ability to manipulate databases, and experience developing standardized reporting and dashboards. Develop dashboards to track pricing performance. Prepare regular cadence or pricing insights (ARPU, discretion, discount) to drive improvements in business performance. Develop periodical performance monitoring dashboards, reports, and metrics

Define, Review and Update Target Price Algorithms. Define, review and update Target Price algorithm(s) for all products, segments, channels, sales motions, etc.
Running Pricing Analytics. Support the organization by running pricing analytics and providing inputs on products (packages, tiers and bundles) and list prices, promotions ROI, margins, etc.
Design and Run Pilots. Design and run pilot(s) to test defined Target Price & List Price recommendations and associated processes – own the methodology for measuring pilot(s) impact
Manage Pricing Performance. Standardize, aggregate, synthesize, and share pricing performance

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

At least 5 years of related experience in supporting analytics & insights
Experience with statistical methods & analysis (e.g., regression analysis and modeling) and preferably exposure to pricing data
2-3 years of confirmed experience using Microsoft Excel, SQL and Tableau (Basic)
2-3 years of confirmed experience using Salesforce, developing reports and dashboards (Experience using Alteryx is a plus)

Analytical and Presentation Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills. Capable of capturing, interpreting, and applying critical thinking to data to inform decisions. Proficient in working with large databases and synthesizing them into useful reports and dashboards.
Organization and Multi-tasking Skills: Ability to optimally prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
Project Management Skills: Experience in documenting processes using project management methodologies.
Proactive and Independent: Proactive in raising observations from data and providing action items. Ability to work in a self-directed manner.
Shift: Amenable to working on a night shift from 11pm - 8am MNL time
Work Set-up: Willing to work in a hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas).
