This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Customer Success Specialist, GSP:

Responsible for protecting and maintaining account MRR by being customer / franchisee's primary RingCentral point of contact.
Has thorough knowledge of the organization’s products/services. Identifies customer needs and determines optimal company products & services to
effectively address customer's needs.
Develops account-specific plans to optimize sales and customer satisfaction through the successful execution of account strategy.
Identifies and resolves customer issues/problems by providing appropriate resources and/or materials to address problems/issues.
Collaborate and engage with partner sellers to ensure great customer experience. Updates customer information on Salesforce.com.
Responsible for meeting/exceeding assigned MRR targets.

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Technology Solution sales experience (SaaS and similar industries)
Preferably with B2B sales experience
Preferable with outbound sales experience
Preferably with experience in using SalesForce and/or other CRM tools
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Superb negotiation skills
Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
Willing to do graveyard shift
Willing to do hybrid work setup (10-11 days per month onsite, Cubao or Ortigas office)
